This violin, labeled Mirecourt JETL "l'/incomparable/" 1894, is original in all its parts and is from the workshop of Thibouville-Lamy a Mirecourt.

Jean Baptiste Vuillaume
This violin is original in all its parts and is and excellent example of the work of Jean Baptiste Vuillaume of Paris, circa 1863. The instrument is a perfect copy of Antonio Stradivarius grand pattern.

Gasparo da Salo
Purchased in Munich, Germany in 1934 for Mr. David Kates, who used this instrument throughout his career with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of such conductors as Toscanini and Bernstein.
